Robert was a solicitor with nearly 20 years experience in the Tax Departments of the large, national law firms of Eversheds and Hammonds. He became Head of Midlands Tax as well as National Head of Property Tax at Eversheds and was Head of Tax in Birmingham at Hammonds. He jointly founded Adducere in 2009. Expertise: • Stamp duty and stamp duty land tax planning. • Corporate reconstruction's and reorganisations. • Property development and PFI and PPP structuring. Robert has also lectured on VAT, capital allowances, stamp duty and stamp duty land tax and was closely involved with the Inland Revenue on the introduction of SDLT.
